In sessions, I take a practical, solution-oriented approach for immediate concerns with a long-term focus on helping clients to better understand and navigate their internal worlds.

Fee-Reduced Counselling in Kitsilano Vancouver

I am a student intern counsellor in the final year of my Master of Counselling program at City University. I bring nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals in community mental health settings with a wide variety of concerns. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gaming and bird watching.

I work with people experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and relational issues. I also enjoy working with neurodiverse clients on topics such as exploring self identity, increasing self-understanding, building self-esteem, and specific skills building. I draw from various therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and others. But the best therapeutic approach is the one that works for the client.

I am currently accepting new clients from teens and up.
